Baron Walton

Baron is a photographer/director who creates stills and motion for clients in the music/entertainment, advertising and publishing industries. 

He has also directed and shot artwork for global brands such as F.I.F.A, Boeing and Nike.   

In the music and entertainment fields, he has worked closely with Grammy award winning and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artists such as Public Enemy, Coolio, Erykah Badu and Arrested Development.   In 2017 Baron worked with Michael Franti in Indonesia to shoot footage and conduct interviews for Franti's current film project. 

He is also behind much of the album artwork for Arrested Development, Chali 2Na (Jurassic 5) and has shot a range of work for Public Enemy and Japan’s iconic DJ Krush.  Julian Marley’s management engaged Baron to produce imagery that was used for Julian's JuJu Royal brand.

Actors/performers such as Temuera Morrison (Star Wars), Arj Barker (US comedian), Ronny Chieng (The Daily Show - US) and Nazeem Hussain (Legally Brown) have also come through Baron's studio.

Baron immerses himself in the whole creative process - from concept development through to final artwork.  He works closely with his clients to tell their story.

Away from the music/entertainment photography, Baron has shot images of US Vice President Joe Biden as well as a number of  Australian Prime Ministers, politicians and figures of interest.

Baron was listed as an Emerging Photographer in Capture Magazines 2016 Annual and he is part of Chuck D's mADurgency  (Ad Agency).

Baron currently resides in the Byron Bay region of Australia.
